General pages and assistant answers do not replace a tracked support case for payment or access issues.

1. Service scope and acceptance
Using the platform means using it within the boundaries of the current product and these published rules.

Tdriss is a web-based learning platform that combines recorded courses, live support programs, live sessions, and related support and assistant tooling.

Interfaces, workflows, and feature availability may change as the product evolves. A page or draft state should not be treated as a guarantee that every feature remains available in the same form forever.

2. Accounts and roles
You are responsible for accurate information and secure access, and permissions follow the real role assigned to your account.
  • The information you provide should stay reasonably accurate and current.
  • You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for not sharing access in a way that creates safety or policy violations.
  • Some features are limited to teachers or administrators. A public page does not grant access to a restricted action.
  • We may require additional verification or temporarily restrict access if we detect abuse, security risk, or a dispute over the account.
3. Courses and learning services
Educational content and services operate according to the type of offering and the user's role.
  • Students receive access only to the content and features that were actually activated for their account after a valid purchase or enrollment.
  • Teachers are responsible for the content they publish and for having the rights or permission to upload, link, or distribute those materials.
  • Resources, assignments, sessions, or live support structures may vary from one course or offer to another based on what is shown in that service area.
4. Payments and access activation
Access should not be treated as final until the payment succeeds and the platform records confirm it.
  • Purchases are processed through the checkout provider shown in the relevant purchase flow.
  • A failed payment, expired checkout, or interrupted processing does not mean access was automatically granted.
  • If the user's expectation conflicts with the actual access state after purchase, the operational records and support review are the practical source of truth.
  • Access may be limited, reviewed, or reversed when fraud, abuse, or a technical error requires correction.
5. Acceptable use and safety
The platform may not be used to abuse other users, bypass protections, or introduce harmful or deceptive content.
  • Do not publish abusive, fraudulent, unsafe, infringing, or harmful content.
  • Do not upload dangerous files or deceptive links intended for phishing, malware delivery, or unsafe redirection.
  • Do not attempt to bypass permissions, scrape the service abusively, gain unauthorized access, or disrupt operations.
7. Rights, updates, and contact
The platform and its code are protected, and the published version of the rules is the one that governs current use.

The platform experience, code, and operational materials remain owned by or licensed to their respective owners. Your use of the service does not grant a right to reuse those assets outside the allowed product experience.

We may update these terms, interfaces, or policies when the product, safety requirements, or processing model changes. The published version is the current reference point.
