• Provide accurate information and secure your credentials.
• You are responsible for account activity until you report compromise.
• We may restrict an account that threatens users or platform integrity.

A recorded-course purchase has no expiry. Hiding or updating the public course does not replace the buyer’s immutable purchased version. Access ends only through an authorized, documented refund or revocation workflow.

• Access starts after successful payment.
• Wallet credit is automatically applied to recorded courses and live support; any remainder uses the available payment method.
• A recorded-course refund may be requested within seven days of confirmed purchase; approval credits the full amount to the wallet and revokes course access.
• Live-session compensation is automatic and requires no student request.

• Own the right to publish submitted material.
• Describe content and pricing accurately.
• Do not erase buyer history or replace a purchased version.
• Follow safety and moderation rules.

• Do not bypass authorization or access controls.
• Do not publish illegal, harmful, or private third-party data.
• Do not use the service for fraud, impersonation, or harassment.

Maintenance or provider outages may cause temporary interruption. Financial records and purchased entitlements remain authoritative, and incidents are handled through official support channels.
