Payment and confirmation
What you see before completing a purchase.
  • Purchases require a student account with a verified email address.
  • Wallet credit is used first; the remainder is paid through Chargily.
  • Access starts after successful payment.
  • A payment attempt and live-support seat hold expire after 30 minutes if payment is not completed.
  • The platform pays payment-gateway fees.
Recorded course
Permanent access to the purchased version.
  • Content opens as soon as the purchase succeeds.
  • The buyer keeps permanent access to the purchased version, even when the course is hidden from new buyers.
  • A full refund can be requested within 7 days of purchase.
  • When approved, the full amount is credited to the wallet and course access is revoked.
Live support
One program price with no automatic renewal.
  • The purchase covers the displayed support program and does not renew automatically.
  • Purchase is unavailable after enrollment closes or seats are full.
  • Each past session card includes a Settlement Receipt button.
  • If the teacher does not open the session within the first 15 minutes, or it is cancelled, the full session allocation is credited to the wallet automatically.
  • For partial delivery, compensation is calculated automatically from teacher attendance and the amount due is credited to the wallet.
Student wallet
Credit reserved for purchases inside Tdriss.
  • It receives refunds and live-support compensation.
  • It is used automatically before any new payment on the platform.
  • It cannot be withdrawn as cash or transferred to a bank, card, or another user.
  • The wallet balance cannot become negative.

Hiding a course or program only stops new purchases; it does not remove access for prior buyers.
